Fix and Flip Loans - Hard Money Loans

Are you a real estate investor that flips properties? We offer quick closings, high LTVs, and rehab funds to help you complete repairs. With LTVs of up to 80% and up to 100% of rehab funds provided, we can be a great source for funding your fix and flip deals. Our loan amounts range from $150,000 to $50,000,000, with terms from 6 to 14 months, and rates of 7% to 14%. These loans are offered to either purchase property, or as a cashout refinance for any properties you may already own.

Rental Investment Property Loan

Many real estate investors choose to purchase multiple properties, and generate a steady stream of monthly rental income. These types of loans go up to 30 years, with competitive rates starting at 6%, and LTVs of up to 80%. A minimum credit score of 620 is required.

  • 4 Months of Business Bank Statements (business or personal)

  • Copy of Recent Credit Report (if available)

  • Rent Roll ( if property has tenants paying rent)

  • Current Appraisal (if available)

Vacant Land Loans
